WHY WORK WITH ME
I began my career in process improvement and functional department assessments. As a Shingo Prize for Operational Excellence examiner I assessed businesses throughout North America and helped several business units prepare for and win the Shingo Prize. I have experience analyzing departments across the business spectrum including IT, operations, medical professionals, finance, legal, contracting, manufacturing, sales, and logistics to optimize business metrics and outcomes. I learn by engaging with people on the front lines as the work happens and by analyzing business transactional data. My key deliverables are to develop a clear picture of the opportunities that will bring immediate ROI, and design the metrics that can firmly guide all levels of staff to better understand and run their company.
