I am a local Treasure Valley executive with more than 17 years of industry experience crossing every aspect of business assessment and execution. My efforts and project teams achieved more than $55 Million in savings to corporations and customers based here in Idaho.
I built my career leading key strategic planning and execution. I am most at home at the helm, directing business-critical initiatives when the stakes are high. My approach and proven methods will enable your business to achieve its targets, grow, and thrive in your markets.
I love new challenges. I am confident in turn-around situations and enjoy re-configuring processes and business structures. I like slaying dragons, especially when it comes to business critical changes that lead the strategy of an organization. I can assess and catalog the major processes of a department or division very quickly and use the information I pull from data to help leadership restructure or make significant improvements or investments.
As an engineer, I love to take the big problems or opportunities envisioned by leadership and design the solution to build, buy or a combination. As an achiever (Strengths Finder 2.0 top strength), I am results oriented and won’t rest until we hit the goal.

I began my career in process improvement and functional department assessments. As a Shingo Prize for Operational Excellence examiner I assessed businesses throughout North America and helped several business units prepare for and win the Shingo Prize. I have experience analyzing departments across the business spectrum including IT, operations, medical professionals, finance, legal, contracting, manufacturing, sales, and logistics to optimize business metrics and outcomes.
I learn by engaging with people on the front lines as the work happens and by analyzing business transactional data. My key deliverables are to develop a clear picture of the opportunities that will bring immediate ROI, and design the metrics that can firmly guide all levels of staff to better understand and run their company. I pull from a wide toolkit of Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, BPMN, and Agile.
